Easy No-Fuss Gluten-Free Biscuits

The only hassle in this recipe is having to buy two types of flours; however, it's worth it.

This pairs great for sausage biscuits & gravy!


1 cup gluten-free Betty Crocker Bisquick

1 cup Pamela's gluten-free Bread Mix

1/3 cup softened butter (Dairy Alternative: Vegetable Spectrum Shortening)

2/3 cup milk (So Delicious Unsweetened Coconut Milk)

3 eggs


Heat oven to 400° F. Combine the flours thoroughly. Cut butter/shortening into mix. Stir in remaining ingredients until soft dough forms. (For best results: place in refrigerator for 5 minutes.) Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 13-16 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 10 biscuits.

Tip: For the perfect shaped biscuit, place a circle cookie cutter on the ungreased cookie sheet, and fill it with dough.
